Why we built Orblet

Managing a household is a full-time job on top of your full-time job. Between school pickups, meal prep, grocery runs, and trying to remember whose turn it is to take out the trash, important things slip through the cracks.

We built Orblet because we lived the problem. Scattered group texts, a calendar app that doesn't understand shared custody, and a meal plan pinned to the fridge that nobody updates. We wanted one place where the whole family could see what's happening, who's responsible, and what still needs doing.

  • Childcare coordination — track required care days, see coverage gaps, and get alerts before an uncovered day sneaks up on you.

The team

Orblet is made by Jatgam, a small independent software studio. We believe the best tools are the ones you forget you're using because they just work.

What's next

We're active on the roadmap. Coming up: deeper external-calendar sync, more home-screen widget formats (lock-screen, StandBy), richer conflict detection, and a proper admin panel for managing family caps.
